PRELEX
La chirurgie du cristallin clair (PRELEX) consiste à remplacer le cristallin naturel par un implant intraoculaire. Elle est proposée en cas de forte myopie, d’hypermétropie, d’astigmatisme ou de presbytie et en cas de contre-indication au laser. Indiquée après 50 ans, elle permet aussi de prévenir la cataracte.

IMPLANTS PHAQUES
Les implants phaques consistent à corriger la forte myopie en implantant une lentille intraoculaire sans retirer le cristallin. Ils permettent de traiter de très fortes corrections tout en conservant l’accommodation naturelle, avec une excellente qualité visuelle. Réversible, cette technique est indiquée lorsque le laser n’est pas adapté.
PKR
La PKR / Trans-PKR est une technique de surface sans découpe cornéenne, qui traite directement la cornée avec une cicatrisation progressive. Elle offre une grande sécurité, notamment pour les cornées fines, et est indiquée pour les myopies faibles, l’astigmatisme et parfois pour l’hypermétropie.
SMILE
La technique SMILE, réalisée au laser femtoseconde, corrige la myopie et l’hypermétropie par micro-incision. Elle offre une correction précise, avec peu de sécheresse oculaire et une bonne stabilité, et convient aux patients jeunes, actifs ou sportifs.
